Gotham Yardbird Sanctuary
Gotham Yardbird Sanctuary is founded by Mitchell Borden, the original founder of legendary Jazz clubs Smalls and Fat Cat in NYC, and Rie Yamaguchi-Borden, Jazz musician in response to the 2020 global pandemic and it’s impact on NYC’s Jazz community and local businesses. GYS provides free-to-all Live Jazz performances in various places all over NYC and revive NYC with the great unifying power of Jazz and rebuild this city as a sanctuary for Jazz musicians and aspiring artists from all over the world. |

The venue formerly known as Fat Cat has reemerged with a new name, new games, and custom ice cream. Cellar Dog is reviving the Fat Cat tradition of late-night basement gaming, with an updated concept for 2021. The Fat Cat has featured first tier jazz artists like Hank Jones, Frank Wess, Barry Harris, Jimmy Cobb's Mob. |

ITI Records was formed in 1982 as a production company for up and coming artists in the jazz community. Over the years, Company was established to assist musicians obtain their goals in reaching their fans from other genres. ITI Records released Ai Murakami's debut album "Conception" in April 2015. |
